Before Purchase
RichLiveTrade offers a product demonstration so prospective customers can review the software's features, intended use, platform workflow and limitations before purchasing. The demonstration is informational and does not promise trading performance or financial results.
Digital Service Delivery
RichLiveTrade is a digital software and support service. Access or activation details are delivered electronically using the contact information supplied during purchase. No physical product is shipped unless expressly stated in a written order document.
Cancellation Requests
Submit a cancellation request to support@RichLiveTrade.com with the purchaser's name, contact details, order reference and reason for the request. A request is not confirmed until our support or accounts team acknowledges it in writing. Eligibility depends on the applicable order terms, activation status, services already delivered and mandatory consumer law.
Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. We do not promise a refund merely because market outcomes, trading performance or personal expectations differ. Software access and analysis outputs never guarantee a financial result.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once or paid an incorrect amount, contact support promptly with payment evidence. After verification, any approved amount will be returned through the original payment method, less only those deductions permitted by law and disclosed to you.
Technical Issues
Report material access or activation problems promptly so the support team can investigate and provide reasonable troubleshooting. Platform compatibility, third-party availability and internet connectivity may affect use and do not by themselves establish refund eligibility.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
